1. Data Collection

We collect only the following information to provide the App's core functionality: • Account Information: Email address and a password. • User Profile: A name/nickname (provided by the user). • Child's Age: Used solely to tailor the task-management experience. • App Data: Task titles and progress status.

2. Data Storage

All collected data is stored securely on the Developer's private web server (hosted via elliesalehi.com). We do not use third-party data-mining services. Your information is stored for the sole purpose of maintaining your account and progress within the App.

3. Children's Privacy

Sprout Task Buddy is designed for minors. We do not collect location data, phone numbers, or any "Personally Identifiable Information" (PII) beyond a name and age. We strongly recommend that parents or legal guardians set up the account for their children.

4. Data Security

We implement standard encryption and security protocols on our server. However, no internet-based storage is 100% secure. In the event of a security breach, the Developer will notify users via the provided email address, but cannot be held legally responsible for such incidents.

5. Data Deletion

Users have the right to delete their accounts and all associated data at any time. To request data deletion, please contact us at sprout@elliesalehi.com.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share user data with any third parties or advertisers.
